Our other services include:
Shutdown Supervision
Independently supervise mill, feeder and crusher shutdowns ensuring work is completed on time and at cost and rectifying any problems that arise during the outage. Shutdown Planning – In conjunction with the Shutdown Supervision, Ready Resources can plan small to large shutdowns dealing with specialised areas. This in turn reduces the workload on site supervisors or planners.
Shutdown Manning
Our experienced tradesmen can carry out all aspects of shutdown maintenance. Trades available include Mechanical Supervisors, Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, Machinists, Scaffolders, Riggers, and Trade Assisitants as well as High Voltage Electricians and Instrument Technicians for disconnects, reconnects, testing and commissioning.
Preventative Maintenance
Breakdown prevention is fundamental in reducing lost time. The critical areas that fall within preventative maintenance are pinion and girth gear inspections, bearing and conveyor inspections and include drive trains. RR can visit your site to carry out an inspection, reporting on the condition of your equipment whilst building essential preventative maintenance strategies. Upon completion of the inspection and compilation of the report, Ready Resources can provide you with further recommendations such as repair, replacement or continued inspections to increase equipment availability.
Project Management
Ready Resources can project manage breakdowns, repairs and installations to ensure that all parties involved within the shutdown are functioning efficiently. This ensures the job is completed in the shortest timeframe whilst still maintaining a high level of safety.
