Our workforce are ex-OEM trained and are proficient in attending all clients shutdowns, breakdowns and general backfill requirements on Hitachi, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Sandvik, Terex, Bucirus and Atlas Copco Heavy Mobile Equipment(HME). We aim to have our clients mobile fleet available 90% of the time with little downtime to repair as we understand our clients production targets. As a specialist supplier of mobile plant shutdown services, our management, leadership and on the ground specialist workforce have dealt with numerous mobile plant shutdowns facilitating the shutdown from the planning stage right through to the execution and completion. Our team has valuable knowledge, experience and insight required to meet client requirements and understand how they work.

Servicing, pre service inspections, oil sampling of machine compartments, filter removal/replacement, fluid removal/replacement and machine inspections on: Pins, steering, mounts, exhausts, manifolds, engine (leaks, condition, retaining, turbo inspection etc..), transmission checks (leaks, fastening, condition,age etc..), driveline, tracks/undercarriage, compressors, Electrical harnesses, clyinders, hydraulics, pumps, motors, coling system, brakes, safety devices and circuits etc..

HME in pit breakdown reducing the downtime to repair, experience accessing and driving in an open pit environment with HME interaction keeping in mind safety precautions and pit permit rules. Key procedures are followed with regards to isolations, testing, and working at heights. Our team analyse and diagnose breakdown issues by looking at the low voltage elctrical systems, hydraulic valves and pumps (testing operation, check and adjust flow/pressure, leak repairs), hydraulic motors ( test motor operation and effectiveness, adjustment of   flow rate), Hosing replacement and repair, undercarriage (component replacement, rollers, bogey, track chains, plates, pins , adjust and report), Driveline fault finding and diagnosing drive and failure issues and replacement components.
